Megan told me there was only one car to rent and it smelt bad. I had to go clean the car out myself. It had a dirty baby diaper in a cheesecake factory box. The owner of the car wash was appalled. I had to drive out of town three hours. Evidently she didn’t have a tires checked either. I drove three hours there and back with two of the tires on 20 and two of them on 50 air. "This place is great — one of those rare spots where you can connect on a really deep level that no one can fully explain. They actually call to check in, ask how you're doing, and even ask about your parents to make sure everything is okay. They worked with me on my payment when I needed it. I read the other comments and was a little hesitant at first, but I decided to take the chance anyway. If you walk in with an open heart , that's exactly what you get back."
Megan and the staff there are so friendly and easy to work with. The vehicles are great and very clean. The best part is they go out of thier way to help in anyway possible. GREAT PLACE TO GO FOR A RENTAL CAR. Thank you all and God bless you.
I had a day I didn’t pay them and they came got they car when I was in the gym ,in Beaumont Tx in crunch fitness and I had 880$ and a gun in the car. They gave the gun to police ,I ended getting it back but never saw my money again I ask them about it and they said they hire people like a 3rd party to get there car back when people don’t pay so they don’t know what happened ! SMH
