On July 14, 2021 we ordered cabinets from Mid-Continent for our new construction home from Factory Builder Stores in Austin, Texas. We were told they would be delivered in approximately 13 weeks. About 8 weeks later, we were told they now would not be delivered for 19-21 weeks. Now approximately 20 weeks in we were told yesterday that it would now be 30+ weeks. We ordered a vanity from Mid-Continent Cabinetry, through Builders First Source, on June 1st, 2020. Initially we were told it would take 5-6 weeks. We were then informed that because of Covid-19 pandemic it would take 3 months. We understood that things were out of their control. However, when we finally received the vanity there were four door/drawer fronts that had blemishes/marks. It looked awful. They talk the talk..but TERRIBLE product delivery.. rough hastily finished surfaces, unglued open joints. Staples stinking out. Boxes not built correctly.. Whoever is in charge of pruduction quality needs to be fired!! . I will now have to bill suppliers SBS in Anchorage fir labor to get a these fixed up and looking acceptable
Absolutely atrocious quality control. We paid way too much for the poor quality of their cabinets. Expect to get multiple damaged panels, which will delay your project and installation.
We found ourselves in need of a few new doors for our bar made of Mid Continent Cabinets and the style was discontinued. However, after contacting Jerilyn Foster and her team we were blown away by her customer service. Jerilyn not only was able to find a solution to make them custom for us, they were finished in only a few weeks. Our original cabinets were made in 2002 and the new cabinets match amazing perfect. What a fantastic experience dealing with Jerilyn and Mid Continent Cabinets. Thank You so much, John & Kathy
