Totally unreliable. Failed to pick us up at Sydney airport at 6AM after booking 6 weeks prior to travel . As well as the acceptance email I sent another 4 emails and 4 texts confirming payment and flight details. Received replies thanking me for confirming. Worse when I rang when they were not there the person Phil I think it was tried to tell me I hadn't made the booking. I did not even get a phone call from Steve apologizing for leaving us stranded. Avoid at all cost.

Last Sunday I was picked up from Sydney OPT by Phil, he kept me informed as to when he would arrive and given I had a fall the previous night Phil made my access to the bus as easy as possible. When we arrived at my house it wasn't just drop me at the door he and a friend Ros helped me inside made sure I had everything I needed. A fantastic service that I will use again next year and I would recommend them highly to anyone wanting a transfer to Sydney at a reasonable cost . Five stars from me. Noel McBeath

We recently travelled with Mid Coast Cruise Transfers for the first time and I now wouldn’t do it any other way. The service was professional with our drivers both ways more than accommodating, ensuring our comfort and personal needs were met. A fantastic stress free way to begin and end our holiday.
