By far the worst company I've ever communicated with. 3 oxygen generators stopped working. Thank God my dad has a small portable as backup. Women on phone wants to argue completely incompetent . I would like to know the service history of the machines if there even is any. In my opinion this company should not have the government contract. Lady's I've talked to on phone seem rude and very incompetent.
Special shout out to the professional and phenomenal service of Mr. Joe. He's a sweetheart. He took care of my client Avis Fullet's oxegen machine in a timely manner. Now I can go home. You are appreciated.
If you value your health, avoid this company. Called a week ago, filter is plugged, can't fill portables and am breathing filthy air. Been one week and nadda, nothing, but was told a week ago she would send a tech out that day. UPDATE: CONTACTED BY THEM. THEY SAID THEY WILL MAKE IT RIGHT. So giving 3 stars for now.
