Staff is friendly and courteous always on time
Michael was extremely professional and remarkably helpful with the setup of our home oxygen needs, not to mention our travel tanks. His attitude and compassion speak volumes to his character and the reputation that everybody has come to expect from Mid Cities Medical. By far the worst company I've ever communicated with. 3 oxygen generators stopped working. Thank God my dad has a small portable as backup. Women on phone wants to argue completely incompetent . I would like to know the service history of the machines if there even is any. In my opinion this company should not have the government contract. Lady's I've talked to on phone seem rude and very incompetent.
