I was a little concerned about going on home Oxygen and receiving all the various supplies that accompany it. But all my fears and concerns were quickly eliminated with the highly professional and personable delivery, set-up, and total instructions on use, cleaning, safety procedures, and supplies as well as answering all questions completely. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MID-CITIES TO EVERYONE WHO WILL BE IN NEED FOR HOME OXYGEN SERVICES.

I get oxygen from this company through the VA. For months, they have shown up unannounced to check the equipment, and for months, I’ve been calling and complaining, asking them to schedule an appointment, even if it’s only 24 hours' notice. Today, they showed up again unannounced, and yet again, my equipment wasn’t checked or serviced because I wasn’t home. I guess mid-city medical thinks everyone using oxygen is home-bound. Well thus far the delivery drivers are great. My issue is with the office staff. Apparently they don't understand the difference between AM and PM. I'm given a delivery day od Wednesday, fine. On Wednesday I am not available from noon until 7 PM. I inform them I need an AM delivery, I have no choice other than this. Every time they schedule for an afternoon (PM) delivery, even though I confirm that they understand I can not be here Wednesday PM's.
