Very helpful and Courteous.
After 20 years banking here the customer service has gone as far down hill as can be. The new people in charge do not care about the customers just the $$$. This would have been 5 stars a year ago.
Wadena, Minnesota it's great
Every time I walk in someone always says "hi North, what can I do for you today???"... Andv9 times out of 10 they already have my account on their screens... Same is true for the Wadena branch... Haven't used the long prairie branch, but I bet they are the same for the local population... Granted, I do know most everyone who works at the staples and Wadena branches, even if not necessarily by name, and most know me in one form or another... Best customer service around, for a small hometown bank...
