The evening manager needs to be trained in professionalism. She sits in her car dressed in mens basketball shorts and yells across the parking lot at customers. I walked inside, paid for ice, pulled my vehicle closer since I bought large bags and loaded the ice. As i was driving away, she yells across the parking lot asking if I had paid for it. It is not professional to accuse a paying customer of theft while yelling across the parking lot.
