I have had a car loan with Mid American for a little over a year and recently had a need to move a checking account from another bank. Went to the 87th Street location in Overland Park and had about the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had in dealing with banks! Katlyn had me set up in less than 30 minutes complete with online banking and a new debit card. So much better than my old bank! Highly recommend!
