I have had a car loan with Mid American for a little over a year and recently had a need to move a checking account from another bank. Went to the 87th Street location in Overland Park and had about the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had in dealing with banks! Katlyn had me set up in less than 30 minutes complete with online banking and a new debit card. So much better than my old bank! Highly recommend!
Avoid using! Terrible internal processes and long hold times.
Hours are not correct on Google which has really screwed me today... Please correct! I'm glad hours have expanded though.
Heartless group of people. Sad..
