Not helpful at all
Can't seem to do anything with this place. List a lot of money after recieving a large sum settlement trying to get the transfer to go into my account I never got the attention or focus needed to accomplish the transfer when I was hurting bad so my only choice was to wait for mail delivery of the balance then wait ten days for the check to clear unfortunately I never receive my mail at my address and I was in jeopardy of losing everything within 7 days or have the settlement transfered to someone I trust account and hope the... read more
Did a skip payment back in April of last year and they still took it out of my account so I called about it looks like they got it returned and had sent it to my savings account and now are saying that I have a late payment because of their mess up and now I have to pay for it. I never realized it got returned until later down the road so I was unable to catch that and let them know that they gave it back to me twice and now I’m paying for it. Tried getting this resolved but was told that the only thing I can do is pay that.
