My father regularly gets mailers from this company stating "final notice! warranty to expire!" no reply address on the flyer, when calling their number their agents refuse to advise you about who they really are. I understand that there are some that have given negative reviews and I think the most difficult thing is actually contacting the right person however, I had a small problem that anybody can run into and I contacted a gentleman by the name of John Bargas and what a professional he is in fact I ended up going with another mortgage company And it was nothing to do with click and close. Valerie was so good to us and helped us with our home buying! She was very thorough and answered so many of our questions. She was so very easy to get ahold of, even on the weekends!! Highly recommend!! so blessed to have valerie during our first home buying process!
