Worst mortgage company-do not use them. My buyer had a new construction. They had my buyer file for a several months. Two days before closing, the underwriter denied the loan, stating that my buyer should have filed her taxes before going under contract and doing her application. My loan officer decided that communication with the seller is more convenient for her, despite the complete conflict of interest. Ignoring my realestate agent, and myself. The rates are good but on par with the service.
Rate was great, but the customer service is trash. We paid ahead on our mortgage then refinanced with them to get a better rate. They kept 2200 worth of our principal payments until they were legally required to notify us they were just holding our money. They then lied and claimed they sent us the money but we returned the envelope to them unopened. This is the most ridiculous incompetent mortgage company!!! Back in July I was told my escrow balance was short 833. I said cool let me pay that so my mortgage can go down. I spoke with 3 different agents before they even applied the money to the shortage that was taken out of my account months ago. Finally when it was applied and escrow analysis was done somehow my Mortgage went up. They said u actually have a shortage of 1485. I said fine let me pay that.
