This branch cannot be bothered to help customers. The only teller that will actually help you works in the drive though. Ever since bank of st Elizabeth sold out to mid America bank, their policies have gotten outrageous and not to mention their online banking is inaccurate and not user friendly for businesses. If you are looking to start a business account- look elsewhere!
As others have stated in their posted reviews. DO NOT USE!. Have been customer for 8 years. Every since this bank (formerly known as St Elizabeth Bank) was purchased it has went downhill. Now I am moving my funds somewhere else. Horrible service. NO customer service, and when called I keep hearing there is no one there can help because they are in meetings. How convenient.
