I cannot recommend this bank. Had been a client for years. Had multiple CDs maturing. Was told by teller that they would automatically mature at the best rate. Instead told they will mature at a minimal rate if I don't request. The supervisor is not to be trusted. No customer service skills. I'm going elsewhere. Used to be the best bank at the lake.
WARNING! DO NOT GET LOAN HERE!!! Terrible experience. We worked with JOHN for a home loan. We asked him that an appraisal not be done until AFTER we made an agreement on repairs with the sellers as we had concerns. We sat in his office and wrote down every word he said, while he didn’t bother to even make 1 note about us or our needs. He proceeded to do it anyway and the house fell through just like we thought it might. We ended up buying another house but he was insistent we paid the $500 appraisal fee on the previous house... read more
