Very glad to be done dealing with this bank! Little to no communication during loans etc… Did a house loan through them, asked for a higher loan before it ever went through, but the loan still came through only for the first amount. Guess it was too much paperwork to redo it for a customer. Every loan we tried to run with them a co-signer was needed even when there was plenty of collateral/equity involved. (Our new bank allowed a loan with no co-signer for over triple the amount that we were able to get through Mid America.)... read more
