no customer service whatsoever. I have been trying to get a hold of someone since probably July 1 and no one no one has returned my call. The last time I talked to Diane she told me that her husband had passed away and that her son was still trying to keep the business afloat. If that is so I am so sorry for their loss, but he is not doing a very good job
Do yourself a favor and avoid the middle man here if you're wanting to install Dish. We wanted to install Dish at our cabin so found a local approved retailer on the Dish website and gave Microtech a call. Diane was great to work with. We got everything signed and ready for install the next day. We're now four months into our contract and find out we are missing channels on our second receiver and none of the HD channels are working properly.
