Impeccable service! I have used these guys 3x as I am accident prone with my phone! They have sorted me out within 24 hours but 2/3 times, I've actually been sorted out the same day! They are incredible value for your money and do everything they can to sort you out as quickly as possible! Osman's customer service is faultless. He is so kind and caring and helpful. I cannot thank him and his team enough! I always recommend him to my friends and family.

This is the second time I have used Microtech and I could not speak any more highly of them. I am of a generation who lacks confidence around mobile phones and electrical goods and both times I have been the staff have been so helpful, kind and non patronising.... Today I went up because I had bought a new mobile phone and I could not get the SIM card out of my old phone, nor could I open the SIM tray for my new phone!. I didn’t know this place existed until my phone was run over this evening A quick Google search showed it’s just down the road from me & open until 8pm. I popped in at 7:30pm, hoping to leave my phone with them and collect it the next day but I was offered a screen replacement that would take 20 minutes. Really knowledgeable, friendly and helpful service. My phone is now as good as new Thank you!
