I recently sent in my Xbox for the hdmi port that I had damaged (series x) and it only took them 2 hours to completely fix it and reassemble the entire Xbox mind you I tested it back home after picking it up and wow I’m amazed at how well they cleaned out the entire Xbox on top of the hdmi port replacement! They were able to fix my computer very fast, and at a reasonable price. I definitely followed up with them too many times for updates since I was nervous about my computer breaking completely - but they were very patient and explained to me what exactly went wrong and how I can avoid it. 5/5
