I had a great experience here! Kennedy in customer service was incredibly sweet, helpful, and went above and beyond to assist me. She made the whole experience so much easier and more pleasant. I truly appreciated her kindness and professionalism. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone!
Note this company will pull a bait and switch on you with a slightly cheaper item that was not ordered. Once confronted, their communication turned both shady and untruthful. This is my first and last time dealing with this merchant, never again. I ended up filing a chargeback with my bank to get my money back. I also filed a complaint with both the FTC and California's AG regarding the shady business practices of this place as well. They censor reviews on their website, be careful do not trust the reviews. Wonderful repair on my ailing Kodak Carousel slide projector. They really know what they're doing on those and gave helpful advice on shipping.
I asked Micro-Tools to replace a few of the plastic parts of my M95 projector... runs now like it did 40 years ago - very happy to have it back functional. recommend this service/company!
