This was by far the best experience I have ever had ordering a custom product!! The team was very quick with their responses and confirmed the accuracy of the mouse pad in the same day. From the time I contacted them until they shipped my mouse pads was a 1-day turnaround. I ordered 100 mouse pads and they even shipped them for free! The product is Exactly what I wanted and great quality, I will definitely be ordering from this company again

This team deserves an 11 across the board! On the eve of a major holiday, my boss asked for 100 mousepads for a new client onboarding, starting the following Wednesday. I found 1stPads on Google, asked for a quote, and hoped for the best. My rep, Dave, asked me if we had any special deadlines ... "Well, yes..." I confessed.
