Micro Moves does the Job I needed to urgently move and consolidate in storage my daughter's furnishings. Micro Moves provided the personnel and transport for this activity on short order. The personnel provided were both professional and energetic and the work was completed expeditiously without damage. Many thanks for a hassle-free experience.
My experience with Micro Moves (and specifically the owner, Austin) was awkward, unprofessional, and resulted in a broken chair with an unreasonable resolution. There were two main issues: 1. Mid-way through the move, Austin asked me to help with moving boxes and had me call my husband to drive home to assist - something I’ve never experienced with professional movers. Thanks Austin and team for accommodating my need to transport mobility equipment from my home to a transport company for movement to Victoria with a very short turnaround of only a few days notice. The team of 2, who packaged up the equipment, were extremely careful to protect the motor and controls of the bed with additional packing.
