First time visiting Micro Macro Mundo in Kendall and definitely the last. There were two employees present, and we dealt with the bald gentleman, who unfortunately had zero customer service skills. Not a single item in the store had a visible price tag. When we asked about pricing, we were told to look it up ourselves on their website by typing in the item numbers. (Seriously?) After sell, is The worst ever customer service that met, waiting more than 1 week for the Mr Emilio ( the owner ) call me back and nothing, no pick up the phone and even if you leave a message, never call back, the worst ever.
