5 stars is not enough micro-center. It is the best shopping experience for anything tech wise. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful, they provide honest answers and recommendations and don't just push the big ticket. I will always shop here when I can.
I purchased the parts from them for an entire system. They sold me a defective motherboard. Happens, is life. Upon asking if I need to remove all the parts before doing a return, I was told I did not have to. However, upon arriving there I was suddenly told that there would be an $80 service fee in order for them to seperate the parts out by the manager, Jose Macias.
