This is the only place I go for computer equipment needs. Been coming here for years, I’m glad we have one in Chicago!
This store took advantage of my sister when she went in to purchase a laptop. I spent the time doing research for her on what she needed for her requirements. They instead convinced her to purchase a completely different laptop that doesn't suit her needs and got her to purchase an additional desktop that also doesn't do what she needs. They took advantage of a computer illiterate person to offload product she doesn't need and tricked her into spending money she shouldn't have.
