Had a pretty disappointing experience at the pickup counter. The staff member (maybe the manager) was really rude and didn’t make me feel welcome at all. I had placed an online order to pick up the next day, but he kept repeating that they only hold items for a few days and kept questioning me like I had done something wrong. When I asked about their store credit card, he didn’t give me any info. It honestly felt like he didn’t even want to promote it. Overall, not a great customer service experience.
