Mick did an excellent job on this transaction. The buyers' loan was approved according to the dates and deadlines in the contract. The loan figures were completed on time, the closing occurred as scheduled, and the money was delivered on schedule so that there was no delay in transferring funds to the seller. Both seller and I are pleased with the job Mick did to make our sale go smoothly.
Mick & Nancy at 1st City Mortgage are the best EVER!! They jumped through some hoops to help us get a construction loan for our new house & then through some more hoops when it was time for permanent financing.
