Michels & Booth is not who they say they are or advertise, if you have a consultation with Mr. Michles or one of his upper lawyers they then pass you off to one of his new associates and they seem to come and go like a revolving door, there are not as many lawyers as they advertise so you don't know who is really working your case. The paralegal was horrible to responding to any type of communication and so were the lawyers and if you called for update they got bent out of shape and then really kept you in the dark. I hope I never need this type of attorney again but if I did this would not be the firm I would hire again or ever recommend. Your consultation is with one lawyer but then you get assigned to another it is like a revolving door, if you express concern over lack of response or what is happening with your case they will really start to ignore you and the paralegal was terrible, rude and hardly responded. You can do better Mr. Michles needs to concentrate more on his firm and not on all his other activities.
Michles & Booth website states "We are committed to promptly responding to inquiries, reporting on cases regularly, and our attorney’s never forget that our firm works for our clients, not the other way around." My experience was totally opposite of the M&B’s statement during the two plus years it took them to settle my cases. I had high hopes after consultation with Mr. Michles but after he passed my cases to his associate and paralegal in the Ft.
