This has been the easiest weight loss program I have ever done. I have lost 47lbs in under 4 months. I didn’t feel hungry and never had the brain fog or lethargy that sometimes accompany a weight loss program. I feel like I have finally learned how to eat healthy for the rest of my life. This is sustainable. My blood work has shown remarkable improvement. I am no longer in the pre diabetic range. My blood sugar levels are normal. My joints no longer ache and my knees feel great.
