Superior customer service skills.
Banks know they have the upper hand, which is unfortunate when you truly need help. Nearly every employee at this branch treated me less than kindly during the time of probate when I was vulnerable and grieving. The mortgage group is not functional. I only got stuck working with this "credit union" because it's where my late husband had his account and mortgage. They were happy to take my money, but never ready to help. Very friendly and welcoming branch. Knowledgeable staff and excellent rates. Although busy there is seldom a long wait time for service. It is always a pleasure to do my banking here.
Mark Jansen was so extremely helpful, informative & nice! I walked in without an appointment & never once felt rushed. He made me feel super comfortable about asking as many questions as I needed to - was very honest & I am very pleased with my experience at this branch.
