We have gotten two auto loans through MSGCU- Saline as well as other services over the last several years. The customer service goes far beyond any other bank we have used and we were confident we got the best rates we could. We continue to come back thanks to the wonderful staff and different options they offer!
Let me first say this review is a long time coming. I work in customer service and you do not just ignore customers, especially not good ones. Ive put more work into staying a member through you than your own employees. Its absolutely unprofessional to not return a call, email, text - ever.
