Have been with MSGCU for many years. I switched auto insurance providers and instead of calling me, MSGCU purchased insurance for my vehicle and threatened to send me to collections if I didn't pay even though I already pay for my own insurance. They claim they sent me 3 letters in the mail (that resemble a normal statement). I didn't receive an actual phone call until they had already purchased insurance. Garbage lending department. Makes you just through hoops. Underwriters are trash. Trying to buy an RV I have excellent credit and the Rv I’m buying is 110k Loan to value and I’m buying for 60k and they still want 10% down and never told me that until they ran my credit. And they want me to drive 3 hours to go to their branch. This bank is pure trash and wouldn’t do business with them again. Never GARBAGE GARBAGE GARBAGE
