This Bank and particularly THIS BRANCH, are the real deal! Most banks just want your money, but Sheri took the time to help me on multiple occasions with a financial situation we've been working through. I can't praise her patients enough as someone else from other banks wouldn't have taken the time to break everything down. This is what banking should be like everywhere!
I've been a member for many years and I've only had a couple bad experiences with the ATM. Otherwise, I absolutely love everything about this Credit Union and the staff. Professional, knowledgeable, friendly & fast! I have accounts at three other credit unions and MSGCU is ny favitite!
Please fix the ATM at the Garfield location . For two years now 90% of the time it returns part of my cash deposits back to me and wont accept my cash. I have to go to another location to deposit cash into my account. very inconvenient . I've went into the branch and told them about the issue multiple times and reading comments I'm not the only one that has issues with the ATM here . I don't want to know the satisfactory percentage for the last two decades just want some effort into fixing the ATM at this location.
nice place for no fees and low interest rate cards that are fixed. That's where the pros end... getting a loan near impossible with them, app rejects many of my checks and ATM only accepts some cash and spits out the rest... Also had atm eat my money and took 3 days to get it back and worst one was they blocked my access to atms because I didn't reset my pin on a new card during business hours when I was trying to pull money out for a downpayment on a vehicle.
