Nothing but problems trying to do pretty much any transaction. Been a member here since 1984
Welp my wife has a car loan through this bank… with gap insurance.. car was totaled.. check from insurance almost paid of the car.. many phone calls were made about e gap insurance to cover the rest of the loan.. NO ONE AT THIS BANK KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING… We were told that once they received the check from the insurance company that they would handle the rest with the gap insurance company… weeks later we get a phone call that we have to file a claim… I guess all the previous calls were for us to just chit chat?
