It's good bank
Usually a positive experience, however today I waited ten minutes in the drive thru without even being greeted. It wasn’t until I pushed the call button that someone arrived. I understand being busy and or short staffed, however a greeting from someone would have been nice.
I went to the bank because my brother referred me to Michael. He helped us so much. He went above and beyond. He's such a nice person, love to help others. I was super happy to go there and had the experience. Thank you
I came in to open an account, expecting professionalism and respect — especially from a credit union that claims to support educators and public employees. Instead, I was met with the most shockingly rude treatment I’ve ever experienced. Natalie’s attitude was dismissive, condescending, and completely uncalled for. We walked out immediately. Came in today and spoke with Michael about getting a replacement credit card. It was a super quick and easy process. He was very personable and down to earth. Definitely recommend this credit union
