The 1 time I had an issue with a deposit I was told there was nothing they could do for me and had 0 access to any of my funds for 3 days. Which resulted in me driving to 2 different branches including this one. As someone who has banked with this establishment for well over a year now, I feel as if the 1 time I’m in need of service and I ultimately am told to basically just wait it out. Unacceptable. It's good bank
Usually a positive experience, however today I waited ten minutes in the drive thru without even being greeted. It wasn’t until I pushed the call button that someone arrived. I understand being busy and or short staffed, however a greeting from someone would have been nice.
