The teller was friendly and extremely polite and seemed genuinely happy to help me
so very disappointed with the underwriters here... went through a terrible time in life the last 4yrs with the murdering of only child I'm rebuilding paying off applied here I was approved but need a Co-signer. Okay I got one with A1 CREDIT THEN THEY TURN AROUND AND DENIED ME . Why even put a person through all of that . why because of my color???
MSGCU call center representatives are very rude and they lack motivational interviewing skills and customer service skills. I’ve spoken to 2 different reps and they were NOT helpful. They need to do better! On 3/31, I spoke to a man who refused to transfer me to a rep at my bank regarding a fraud alert on my account and on 4/14, I spoke to Chavelle in the call center and she was VERY condescending as if her personal account was hacked and as if I asked HER to refund my money. Debbie and Katrina were so extremely amazing to work with. They made the process really simple for 2 auto refinances and went above and beyond to make sure I was informed about everything I needed to know. 10/10 best bankers I've had the pleasure of dealing with. Thank you guys
