Raymond was so very helpful and kind as I was figuring out my account situation. He answered every question I had and made it an incredibly easy and smooth process.
I came in to open an account, expecting professionalism and respect — especially from a credit union that claims to support educators and public employees. Instead, I was met with the most shockingly rude treatment I’ve ever experienced. Natalie’s attitude was dismissive, condescending, and completely uncalled for. We walked out immediately.
