My experience was excellent. Justin helped my sister and I open a joint account. He was quick answered all my questions and even helped my sister get set up on the app. My sister shared how nice he always is and he certainly was. It was a pleasant experience. Definitely recommend!
Bailey and Karen at the registers were extremely helpful and knowledgeable! Helped me in no time! Bailey definitely deserves some pins!
I had the worse service I’ve ever had a bank, the banker wasn’t interested in helping I think she would have rather continued her conversation with her coworker. I ended up getting the help I needed from a call center. I was pretty upset I needed help with a fraudulent transaction that she really couldn’t be bothered with. I recommend the Royal Oak or 22 mile branch.
Worst credit union I've ever had the displeasure to work with. They used to be my go to and I would refer everyone to them but have gotten worse and worse every year since COVID hit. Will never go back and have advised my friends and family to be wary as well. Watch out for the teller Amy, horrible human being and is drunk on whatever power she thinks she has.
