Extremely disappointed with my experience at this credit union—especially with Assistant Branch Manager, Justin Ross. I came in with strong credit, income, and available lines far above what was requested, yet was only offered a $10K limit after requesting $40K. When I asked for clarification or reconsideration, Justin was unresponsive and lacked the professionalism I’d expect from someone in his position. while i appreciate my card being protected, msgcu is HORRIBLE and suspects fraud every time i go somewhere new even when i give them the heads up im traveling. their app is very tricky and if you ever forget your password it is a hassle. as someone who works during the hours of operation for this business, i am unable to go to a branch when an issue occurs. they have messed up large transactions in the past. i also don’t appreciate trying to get a credit card sold to me every time i walk in.
