My company has used Michigan Process for at least 15 years. They are efficient with service and have a great staff (Chrissy). I will continue using them as long as I need a server in MI.
I love working with MICPS. I wish they covered the whole state of Michigan. They are efficient, prompt and always respond to emails in a timely manner. They are kind and understanding and are always willing to help. All the servers work timely and nothing has ever expired when in their care. CHRISSY IS AMAZING... Truly 100000 STARS
Slow service, not open on the weekends and tried to charge my card and didn’t call me first to confirm I still needed services. I went with another company that already completed the service about let’s see about 4 days ago. Update: 3/4 Don’t use tactics to basically embarrass the consumer on a factual review. I was not contacted before you attempted to process the payment. The card was lock because I knew you would try to go forward with the service without reconfirming if the service were in fact still needed. You all didn... read more
I do not recommend Chrissy or MICPS for service. Chrissy claims to be an ethical and professional business; however, her and her business refuse to honor and pay the Process Servers she sends work to that are in other areas. They claim to be "long standing" members of NAPPS, but only ONE, just ONE employee (Ms. Carne) is registered with NAPPS. Chrissy and all the other employees with MICPS are not, I repeat ARE NOT members of the National Association. Stay far away from this company!
