MICPS is a professional, thorough, expedient company to work with. They respond to all our inquiries and get our paperwork back to us in a quick and timely manner. They accommodate our requests and have a high success rate in serving for our company. They have even posted same day, which has made our life easier. MICPS is always courteous to any of our demands. I expected for the stout price we were hiring professionals. Instead, what we got was a process service agency that didn't know the rules of process service on a business. They essentially served a desk clerk with no stated or implied authority to accept service (despite a VERY clear list of accepted personnel to serve). MCPS has always been efficient and prompt. They respond to my emails immediately and have the people I need served quickly. Chrissy is amazing! She always gets me what I need when I need it and never fails to disappoint. In fact, I just had to have her help clean up a big mess that a different service totally messed up. She got the job done in a week (4 services) that the other company couldn't do in 5 months. They are honest, trust worthy, cost efficient and just good at what they do!
