Worst credit union ever! do not go here unless you want to get screwed, charged my boyfriend a over draft fee after we told them 2 times to turn that off. Carol is the rudest employee and needs to be fired! She lacks communication and when I ask a question she looks at me like i’m dumb. whenever I’m in there I get a different answer for everything. they are super unprofessional and not worth going here. In fact go anywhere BUT HERE!
One of the worst credit unions I have my account hacked about a few times and I had to get a least 3 debit card and trying to talk to someone they act like it was there first day there they act like they are very stupid I will not recommend that place at all they have no clue what they are doing
They are horrible every time I try to cash a check off mt account I get 20 questions the guy asked if I wanted to deposit the check that was written off the same account as the check I told him no I want to cash it then he asked for my member number and birthdate then proceeds to tell me about my account thru the drive thru speaker I told them one time that my account had been hacked and that I had to call the carson city branch because Greenville would not answer the phone and when they found out I talked to the carson city... read more
