Always has been a delightful credit union! The girls are always pleasant and friendly! They improved their phone answering system!! Love this little CU and highly recommend them! P.S. Working with Amanda and Chris from Carson City is always a delight ❤️
I opened an account a year ago specifically for car loan rates..recently made the plunge..Chris made the process very easy me knowing I was inexperienced getting bank loans..she actually was off day i finalized loan and Megan was just as helpful with final process...thank u both..especially for your guidance and patience through entire process

I'm new in the area and need to set up accounts at a new credit union. I went there yesterday but didn't have time to set up my new accounts yet. I got money out of the ATM but needed to break one of the 20s. The less than friendly cashier asked if i had an account. I told her i did not. She said she couldn't break my $20 bill for 2 10s since i didn't have an account. I told her that's ridiculous asked left. I know it's becoming more often that banks will do this but a small town little credit union? Great customer service..... read more
