Melissa is fantastic at manual lymphatic drainage massage. She’s personable, creates a calm and relaxed environment. She always makes sure I’m comfortable and explains why and how she’s helping my body. I had been through a health allergic reaction concern lately and after completing the questionnaire, I was so thrilled that my body was ready for MLD. My body is feeling energetic (no longer sluggish) and my body shape is looking more like itself again. Wow! This is a must do. Thanks Melissa!
I've trusted Sarah H. with my achy body for years and many more to come! She's such a kind soul and truly cares about her clients' wellbeing. Sarah has an excellent technique and has incorporated hot stones, Thai massage, & reiki into my sessions. Highly recommend!!!
I started working out seriously and running more last year and it's been great being able to go somewhere that can get rid of most of the soreness that comes with harder workouts. Sarah is great at maintaining the balance of stretching and getting the tough knots out while still being relaxing at the same time to not only help muscle recovery, but improve mental well-being too.
I did a breath/primal scream class with Rebecca-it was for small business owners. I didn’t think I would cry but I did! I was very surprised what a breath work session did for me! I later, scheduled a massage and it was so relaxing and soothing. My body already feels so much better!!
Grateful to have found this place. I’ve been to several therapists and they’ve all worked out the knots. Very welcoming and friendly.
