I spoke to a rep to get a payoff for a truck for a mutual customer. Customer service rep refused to help me. When I inquired why, she said "because I said I can't sir, i'm going to disconnect now." I continued to talk and ask my final question to make SURE that I was able to get the correct info needed for the customer, the rep hung up on me.
