When I changed my address, they didn't apply it all my accounts, so instead of reaching out to me via phone or email, they sent a letter to the old address, then proceeded to steal 5$ a month from my daughters savings account until I got a call from them saying they were going to forfeit the account to the state. I have been a loyal member of Michigan Legacy Credit Union for nearly 15 years, and my parents have been members for close to 20. I spoke to a rep to get a payoff for a truck for a mutual customer. Customer service rep refused to help me. When I inquired why, she said "because I said I can't sir, i'm going to disconnect now." I continued to talk and ask my final question to make SURE that I was able to get the correct info needed for the customer, the rep hung up on me.
