Over 5 years and two paid off car loans with the company I'm going to another Credit Union due to lack of customer service. They are in need of extra money and looking to charge extra fees. Looking into 2 other Credit Union one was referred by a friend. I think I'm going to go to Community Choice Credit Union. They have a higher rating. Im out.Years of trying to make this credit union a place for me and all of my money needs.Loans,direct deposits over 4 years with atm problems using their card at stores with money to cover all purchases getting declined numerous times i had enough all of this.Without getting upset they are clueless. I been having issues with card not working and i live a hour away since my move.So i was sent a new card and its worse now and doesn't work anywhere. DRIVE PAST THIS PLACE.Do yourself a favor and run.Im done with them
