This facility has great staff and excellent customer service. While visiting the memory care unit the aide Amanda and another aide that she was training were very friendly and kind to me. Keep up the great work!

This is an amazing facility. Administration is professional, responsive & also involved with patient care. The nurses & aides take positive, tender care of my Dad with more patience than most folks can muster. The food staff is wonderful, making all meals from scratch (NO MICROWAVE, SARAN-COVERED meals!) with attention to each patient's preferences. Laundry, activities & cleanliness are excellent. The workers are very loving and my favorite is Amanda she always is making sure the residents are safe and loved🫶 all the workers are amazing!!!

Residents are not properly cared for. Residents are abused and neglected at this facility and management was informed about it and.nothing was done. I went to the owner of the facility and yet agin nothing was done I am now taking my concerns to the state along with all the photos, text messages, and recording of my meeting with the owner of the facility where my concerns were not addressed and nothing was done to the employee's who do not properly care for these elderly residents who have dementia.
