Felt like part timers work at this location. They have no clue what they are doing. Bunch of amateurs hanging out here. Absolutely no use of having a banking institution inside a Kroger who have such poorly professional staff!
No staple remover, really? At the bank? Did you really get the cheap stapler without the built-in remover? The bank?
This is truly the WORST credit union I've ever used. They have terrible customer service/support, they rob you blind and then can't explain where the money went and they hold onto payments until your account has nothing in it so they can hit you with as many overdraft fees as possible. Do not. And I mean DO NOT sign up for an account here. You will regret it.
