Fast, friendly, effective service.
Nancy Conrad was extremely unhelpful and unkind. My sister and I stood in the lobby for a while until Nancy Conrad saw a white man come in and sit down then she decided to finally greet us and asked us if we needed help. She lied and stated that the account was closed when we actually had the account up on the phone. She tried to claim we would need to pay $70 to reopen the account.
