After discussing refinancing my car on the phone with representative I decided to go in. I spoke with a lovely representative Lynn and she helped me refinance my car. She was not only professional but very friendly!
I worked with Kathleen (Royal oak location) and Gwennyth (Macomb location) on getting a car loan. They were both so extremely helpful through the whole experience and made everything quick and easy! I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Due to my Michigan Educational Credit Union (MECU) checking account not being my primary account, I only keep a certain amount of cash in this account for billing purposes. I also keep some cash in a savings account at MECU, used as a back up for the checking account. Very infrequently does my account experience issues with overdrafts due to billing errors associated with auto payments.
