I’ll start by stating that in the past, we had another family member stay at Creekside probably 8 to 10 years ago and thought that the care there was incredible. Unfortunately, due to some expected health events, another family member has had a stay at Creekside. Unfortunately, recently another family member has taken some unexpected health terms over the last several weeks. After having a few unexpected surgeries, we chose Creekside because of past history. If your loved one is not mobile and cannot use the toilet on their own, DO NOT send them here! They will leave them in bed or in a wheel chair for hours in soiled diapers, which turns into a never healing burning rash / wound. There are two reasons for this. 1. Corporate Greed. Even when they are “fully staffed”, the staff to patient ratio is totally inadequate.
