Another resident made threats against me more than 48 hours ago and nothing has been done except to PUNISH ME. Also, my doctor's orders are not being followed. Last but certainly not least, they have opened my mail without my written permission.
HORRIBLE! My grandfather passed away last week after being rushed to the hospital from this nursing home, they told us we had 30 days to get his stuff and nothing would be touched. We come back two days later and it’s all gone. All his clothes, Christmas gifts we bought him, personal things. They said they have no idea where it is??? Bull. Absolutely a disgrace stealing from a dead man and his family
Do not send your loved one here! My friend was recovering from surgery and this facility repeatedly failed to provide even basic care. Wound care neglected: We had to keep asking for his surgical site to be covered; nearly every visit it was left uncovered. Awful place. Patient has been admitted to ER x3 due to infections picked up at the facility! Currently undergoing 10th month of “Wound Care” for BEDSORES THEY CAUSED but just got an added bill for?! Inexcusable level of care for any human being. Shame on you all Creekside: Director Erin and nurses Nancy & Savannah: in particular, awful healthcare employees…
