Awful place. Patient has been admitted to ER x3 due to infections picked up at the facility! Currently undergoing 10th month of “Wound Care” for BEDSORES THEY CAUSED but just got an added bill for?! Inexcusable level of care for any human being. Shame on you all Creekside: Director Erin and nurses Nancy & Savannah: in particular, awful healthcare employees…
My Mother-in-law is now on her 4th trip to Creekside for physical therapy after being hospitalized! All of the previous stays here were with excellent care and service, Mom enjoyed her previous stays. It is the exact opposite this time!! Mom is a "fall risk", and when the staff brought her evening meal the wheel came off the cart and spilled her entire meal along with a large cup of ice water, they replaced her "ordered" meal with scraps from other trays, and her floor remained wet from the water through the next day, nobody... read more
So my grandma is at this facility and we have had so much problems. Like nurse Nancy lies to our face on time when grandma got her cough medicine she said she gets it at 5pm but has till 6pm but na she gets it at 4pm and it was like 610pm. There secretary was playing on her phone didn’t even look up an say hello or anything and then we walked over ask a question and she had to finish what she was doing on her phone before she looked at us to see what we wanted.
