Really Michelle!! You couldn't take a few seconds to post on Facebook or Penetang.com that you're closed Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday for Civic Holiday weekend. I drove quite a ways to get glasses and the only notice is on your business door saying you're closed. There is nothing saying you're closed today on-line. In fact, it says you're open. Really annoying. BTW, your door sign says, "To our valued customers...closed etc." "Valued"?? Not so much.
I had an amazing experience at Michelle’s Optical! From the moment I walked in, the staff was extremely helpful and welcoming. They offered a wide range of beautiful glasses, and I never felt rushed while making my choice. When it came to working with my benefits, they were incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. As a kid my parents always took me to Michelle’s optical and that’s where I’ve always gotten my glasses. Once they no longer had an optometrist I went elsewhere to get my eyes tested and then wanted to go to Michelle’s to find frames as I always liked their selection and loved working with Michelle as she was always very knowledgeable and helpful when it came to choosing the right frames for my face shape.
