I came in to inquire about services and explain what the issue was we were having and I received much more attitude, rudeness and disrespect than necessary. I have no clue why she was so disrespectful considering she’s running a business. It boggles my mind that people treat people like this and still stay in businesses! I definitely DO NOT recommend this tax preparation service. I’d rather go to H&R Block! I don’t pay my tax prep to be rude, and I don’t pay them for an attitude either!
Absolutely love her! If you’re looking for a great tax company, go to Michelle. She knows her stuff. Wouldn’t trust anyone else to do my taxes. Would highly recommend her.
Not very impressed tried to make an appointment to be told they only accept fax or drop off. No thanks
