Very friendly on the initial meeting but after weeks of trying to get a hold of her she still won't get back to me.....completely useless.

Michelle was very helpful right from our first meeting all the way through until settlement. The first meeting, everything was explained very professionally and was very easy to understand. Her communication was second to none. Very fast to ring you if you had any questions and always in touch via email. She took away the stress of having to deal with the bank yourself and helped me to get the amount I was looking for on a contract that was right for me. I’d recommend her to anyone.
