After giving Michello Merendino a retainer in 08 I have received no updates. I have no written knowledge about anything she has done or if she has done or filed anything ! Im disabled, unable to use a phone so my daughter calls for me. Michelle Merendino is never available when my daughter calls her office, nor does she return phone calls. She doesnt responde to my e-mails, faxes or letters. It appeares to me that she has taken my money & then kicked me to the curb, (so to speak !)
Rate on star because it wouldnt go lower...I rate Michelles Practice GARBAGE...Do you want to throw away 2 thousand dollars and STILL not have your divorse done???? well if so she is for you ... what kinda of lawyer does call you and say um we need this information ... 2 years ive been waiting ...TRASH... its been weeks still waiting and waiting......
Mrs. Merendino, did an absolutely Amazing job on my case! I have to say that even I thought it would be nearly impossible for me to even come close to getting everything that i wanted in the process because of my age and health conditions. I am a nearly 60 yr old male with a 5 yr old little boy and all I wanted out of my divorce was the right to have domiciliary rights of my son and to be able to raise him in a structured and educated environment.
