I wasn't planning on doing newborn photos at all until I stumbled across Michelles work on insta and completelly fell in love with her relaxed and authentic style. Her folio soley changed my mind on doing a newborn shoot rather than my original plan of doing it myself. My partner and I both didn't vibe with a posed, structured shoot in a studio and loved the idea of being comfortable in our own environment with our dogs. We had such a lovely experience with Michelle. This is the third time we have had her take pictures. She is incredibly kind, calm, and endlessly patient with our two toddlers and our newborn! She made the whole session feel relaxed and natural, never rushed, and truly met our children where they were. The photos are beautiful, natural, and full of genuine moments — memories we’ll treasure forever.
Michelle was fantastic for our newborn photoshoot with our first baby. She was calm, patient and incredibly thoughtful, taking the time to work with us, our baby and even our fur baby. She made the whole experience relaxed and enjoyable, and we ended up with a beautiful selection of natural photos that we’ll treasure forever.
I feel so fortunate to have stumbled upon Michelle to document life as it is right now with our 6 and 1 year old boys. Michelle captured our family with such specificity and tenderness - I know these images will transport me to how it felt to watch, hold and play with my boys decades from now. Michelle was an absolute delight to have in our home, capturing memories for our family. As soon as she entered our space she made us all feel super calm, especially our little 7month old who was absolutely obsessed with everything Michelle did. As a family who isn’t so keen on being in front of the camera, we really enjoyed the experience and are absolutely obsessed with the final images.
