I cannot say enough good things about her. Excellent customer service, communication, professionalism, everything! She’s very transparent about what to expect, gave very useful & specific tips. She’s excellent with babies, and most importantly, our pictures came out perfectly, we love them! Baby boy will definitely be back for more photos. Michelle was able to quickly book my baby as I didn’t know many people booked photographers while still pregnant. She managed to position my 11 pound, 1 month old in beautiful positions and keep him calm and sleepy. He normally hates being swaddled but she did such a great job with it. I’m obsessed with the photos.
