The old lady that answers the phone is super rude she doesn’t know nothing about customer Service and also is impossible talk to the lawyer she is always busy, La señora mayor no se como se llama, es como cubana es súper grosera con los clientes hoy hasta me tiró el teléfono, no sabe nada de servicio al cliente ( está en el trabajo equivocado) es imposible hablar con la abogada siempre está ocupada y no devuelve las llamadas.
