I went to her a few years back. She was absolutely great until The IRS went to process my refund and she completely messed it up no accountability. This was right around Covid time. They were implementing a few things. She acted like she knew and if it wasn’t for the legal department at the IRS I would’ve had to do an Amendment to which she was not going to help with. I never use her since I have an amazing Tax Lady that I’ve used over the past few years since and she has been spot on every time
